Shipping

We do our best to process and ship orders within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that we are touring Deadheads. That means we are most likely on the road selling these shirts on a tour, at a festival or a show. That means that we are not in front of a computer all the time. We know your order is important and it is very important to us as well. We do our very best year round to ship as soon as possible. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

For exchange or returns contact us within: 21 days of delivery.

Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.

Exchanges will be sent once we receive the item you wish to exchange.

Return and refund will be credited once the returned item is received.

Returns and exchange details

There is a 30 day full refund return period defined as 30 days from order date if returned we will refund cash. After 30 days for the life of the product you can return for a prorated merchandise credit.

Please return at any time for any reason for the life of the shirt we will replace for free. You will have to pay a standard shipping and handling charge of $9.95 per item. This does not apply to issues caused by personal defect, unusual wear and tear, bleaching or other ridiculous things like my dog ate it or my kid took colored it or cut it with scissors.
